Hello, my name is Alex. This week i'm the Analyst of the group.
Regarding this week's task, it was based on exploring different activities for primary education, based on technology. For do that, we had to read some pages of the TACCLE 2 book for primary school. Moving to the next part, we had to choose and reproduce a task from them.
First of all, the whole group agrees that the best part of the activity has been drawing the pictures. Some members of the group decided to draw the pictures by computer program while others did them by hand. On the other hand, the worst part of the activity was taking photos of us while we were drawing the pictures because we had a confusion and we did not take enough photos. However, by taking extra pictures we were able to solve this problem successfully.
Regarding the best group moment of the week, it was when we met to see the drawings of the group members. Some of them were very funny. Nevertheless, the worst group moment was the fact of choosing a day in which all members of the group were available. Fortunately, we all made an effort and we were able to met without problem.
As always, we have learned new things. For example, we have learned to use digital drawing tools. In addition, regarding the content of the task, we have learned that a lot of interesting activities can be carried out through technology and that they are very interesting for students.
In relation to the group, it is important to maintain the interest and commitment that all members have shown in this task. In this way, we can work efficiently on the rest of the tasks. However, something to improve could be to all read the activity in a good way. In this way we can avoid misunderstandings such as the one I mentioned before of not taking enough photos.
This task is related to the contents of the subject and the degree we are studying since the use of technology in the activities that we present to our future students is very important. Technology allows us to be more effective teachers and for learning to occur in a good way.
Finally, it is true that there is a social connection between the task and society since technology is present in our daily lives. Education must adapt and use technology in its centers since it is a very useful tool.
Regarding the evaluation of the members of the group, I think that Noelia deserves a 5 since she has worked very well and is always at our disposal. She also always helps us a lot with English. Celia also deserves a 5 as her drawing was fantastic and she found the perfect tool to do the puzzle. On the other hand, I think Cesar deserves a 4 as he has worked very well but I have the feeling that he can still do better. Iván deserves a 4 since he has worked very well and has given a lot of interest and helps the group but I think he could give more. Rugiya also deserves a 4 since she has worked well and her drawing was very beautiful but I think she should participate more. I'm sure she will make it. Finally, I think I deserve a 4 since I have worked in a good way and have actively participated so that the work goes well. However, I think I can still do better.
